Back Squat: 5×5

Cash Out
100 GHD Sit-Ups for Time:  For each time you stop and rest you will owe 35 double unders at the end.
( yes, the double unders are included in the overall time )

* The 5×5 indicates that you will use the same weight for each of the five sets on Back Squats.  You will work with a weight that will be the heaviest you can manage to hold for all the sets.
