Natasha became involved in CrossFit after the birth of her youngest daughter in 2013. Within a year she had obtained her coaching certification and started on her journey of helping others become the best version of themselves. Her passions lie in Olympic Weightlifting, helping those new to CrossFit gain traction in their fitness journey, and helping clients reach their personal goals in the gym.
Outside of the gym, Natasha enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters. She enjoys traveling, cooking, reading, European history, shopping, and homeschooling her youngest.
Gateway Fitness is an incredible community that I enjoy being a part of immensely! Coaching our athletes through their best and their worst days in the gym strengthens my desire to continue to expand my knowledge and training so that I can be a strong resource for each and every person that walks through our doors.
Natasha believes that fitness is not only defined by what you're capable of in the gym, but more so how fully you're able to experience and enjoy life because of how you care for your mental and physical needs. She believes that a well rounded, enjoyable fitness routine that is sustainable is the key to physical fitness, and that the enjoyment of your fitness routine profoundly impacts your overall mental wellness.
